- I am a Taiwanese, and I am studying high frequency laser, or other opt-electronics device at KAUST, Saudi Arabia. I can speak Mandarin and English. I have two bachelor degrees, one in Math, the other in Physics. I like to read and chat with people from different country or with different cultural background.
One of my friend is a linguist, and he can speak 10 languages! I am so admiring him, and wish me can speak more languages like him someday.
He said that in Europe, there are three main type of language: Germanic(English, Deutsche, Dutch, Danish, etc.), Latin(French, Espanol, Italino, Portuguese), and Slavic(Russian, Polish, Serbian, etc.) So I decide to learn one Latin language and one Slavic Language.
