Medical professional, recently widowed after 30 years, still grieving seriously, but trying to embrace life again. I had many penpals when I was younger, and always loved it. This seems like a modern version, although I'm awful with email. Army brat, much traveled and now kinda homebody, but still feel the pull of other cultures. Love gardening, cooking, healthy movement, good books, etc.
