- I enjoy kayaking, camping, hiking, gardening, and quilting. I laugh at myself on a daily basis. I sing Christmas songs in the middle of summer and I recently discovered that I LOVE grilled asparagus (who knew?) I love to travel, read, and cook and I enjoy a good thunderstorm. Something else? hmmm...I can't grill chicken (I burn it every time, yeah...I know....sad), I have no desire to sky dive, I don't believe there's any ladylike way to get out of a hammock, and I know I shouldn't watch ghost movies, so if and when I do, I try to watch them when it's sunny out because somehow that makes it not so bad. I used to be a 1st grade teacher and now work in the health field. I often think that my experience with working with 6 and 7 year olds has helped me deal with some surgeons in the OR. lol (I laugh, but it's true). I'm looking for someone to share everyday experiences with and maybe form some friendships along the way:)
