- Hi, I'm Stephen (pronounced Ste-ven). I live in a small town along Lake Michigan in the US. I am currently going to a local college majoring in Accounting, I'm in the Army Reserves, and I'm also working part-time as a lifeguard. When I have time off of work and school I enjoy working out, taking walks along the beach, and researching other cultures.
As far methods of contacting me go, I prefer email or Skype because that is much quicker than writing all the way across the world. But I wouldn't mind postcards either. I am very interested in learning in particular about Syria but if you live anywhere in the Middle East I would also enjoy learning about you and your life. I know we see a lot of inaccurate portrayals of the Middle East on the news so I want to hear what your everyday life is really like.
